The future is my Hope

I am full of hope for my future and that of my family. How about yourself? Is it politically incorrect to be full of hope in spite of such dreary times? While I do not discount the severity of the global economic distress burdening so many today, I will not allow a headline to be the compass or thermometer which defines or directs my ways. Stock market goes up- life is good. Stock market goes down- well, I'm just ok. No, not for me and I hope not for you.

This is my first day authoring a blog as it relates to my faith in, and daily walk with Jesus Christ. I have vacillated about the value (or lack thereof) in sharing portions of my life with others, however, returning to the sense that there may be medicinal ointment in these paragraphs where someone will receive encouragement, strength, or relief in knowing that the experiences, sentiments and circumstances they face daily - good, bad, horrendous, fascinating, exceptional or exemplary, are shared ones.
